The experience
Join your chef for a hands-on class preparing fresh pasta and dessert. Work the dough, follow each preparation and enjoy the satisfaction of creating dishes to share. Organic eggs and ancient-grain flours from small Italian producers, together with seasonal vegetables and aromatic herbs from the garden, bring care and flavour to the experience.
A welcome aperitivo adds a convivial touch, while lunch with lake views offers time to savour what you have made, accompanied by local wine. The pleasure lies as much in being together at the table as in learning something in the kitchen.
With nature around you and the lake below, this experience invites you to slow down and enjoy Italian cooking and hospitality before returning to Como with your private driver.
