The experience
In Bardolino, take time to wander through the lakeside centre before visiting the Wine Museum. Historic tools and displays introduce the area’s winemaking traditions, followed by a tasting of four wines, including Amarone, accompanied by regional specialities.
Continue to a traditional olive oil mill, where local producers explain how extra virgin olive oil is made. Then compare four varieties in a guided tasting, discovering their different aromas and character.
Later, transfer to Lazise and enjoy time to explore its medieval centre independently. Walk along the historic streets, browse the shops or pause by the water for lunch before your return transfer. Savour a day shaped by local flavours, lakeside scenery and the freedom to explore at your own pace.
